Solar and Universal Energies:
We continue to be in Geomagnetic Instability and Storms since yesterday. During the night and continuing, there is a very long-duration M Class Flare, which I think was actually several flares in succession. Though they came from a Sun Spot that is barely turning into view and were not Earth-directed, we Sensitives still feel them. Solar Winds remain high. There was a 5.5 Earthquake in China.
Energies Affecting us in order:
We are being affected today by AI Programs, Detrimental Light Language, Photonic Light Waves, Solar Energies, and Collective Consciousness.

Current Events:
There is still a lot of controversy about the theory of snake venom in our water supply. We must be very careful not to get caught up in the drama. Lots of videos and opposing information are coming out. Take them in without having an emotional reaction to them. The Truth will eventually surface. Robert Kennedy, Jr. with Children’s Health Defense released a video with his opinion on it. I have not been able to watch it yet. Phil will be doing a live tonight to share what he has been able to find out from his sources.
Once again, today is a very slow news day. It is getting more difficult to find any news.

Imagine that the Earth is small enough to fit between your hands, and spend time each day sending Love to it and all who reside on her.
Symptoms:
The energies are still causing loud ear noise, headaches, vision issues, digestive issues, diet changes, anxiety, irritability, burning skin, itchy skin, hot flashes, sweating, and exhaustion. Sleep has been very difficult and dreams very active. Be kind to yourself. Listen to your body and rest as needed. Remember to breathe deeply to bring yourself back to Now. As usual, drink lots of water to release the toxins that have been, and will be stirred up. A Sea or Himalayan Salt bath, shower or foot soak will also help to release the toxins. Raw foods are easier to digest. Magnesium and Potassium will help with muscle cramps. We need to increase our Vitamin D3, C and B vitamins. Milk Thistle will help with detoxing the liver. Charcoal will also help with detox. Selenium will help protect from all forms of Mind Control. Be kind to yourself and others. It is also essential that we keep our energy field cleansed and protection around us at all times to lessen our symptoms.
