The Coronal Mass Ejection arrived this morning causing Geomagnetic Instability and Storm since last night. There is a large Coronal Hole facing Earth. There was a 5.5 Earthquake in Tonga.

Current Events:
In yesterday’s update, I included links to Dr. Ardis’ interviews about snake venom in the water. There is another interview he did with Scott McKay where he showed his hand as far as I am concerned by saying Trump follows the black pope. I was unsure about his information because it just did not feel right. If it is in our water why were children and animals not being affected? Why did people in the country on wells get sick? etc. One good thing this has done is gotten people to start using the pcr test on their tap water and having them come back positive. Many of us already knew about that, but many more didn’t. Hopefully, this will wake the masses and start investigations about what IS in our water and our food.
I watched a video yesterday showing without a doubt that the shooting in the New York subway was a false flag. It was too obvious that they were all actors. One woman was pouring blood on the floor, and a man broke a blood bag and then sat in it after being told by a director to do so. One woman was fine standing in the subway but injured when she was up on the street. They were much more obvious than ever this time.
Elon Musk has made an offer to buy Twitter so he can make it a free speech platform.
The media continues to lie about what is happening in Ukraine and claims that Putin is threatening nuclear war.
Today is a very slow news day. It is getting more difficult to find any news.

Imagine that the Earth is small enough to fit between your hands, and spend time each day sending Love to it and all who reside on her.
Symptoms:
The energies are still causing loud ear noise, headaches, vision issues, digestive issues, diet changes, anxiety, irritability, burning skin, itchy skin, hot flashes, sweating, and exhaustion. Sleep has been very difficult and dreams very active. At least I am doing fun things in my dreams these days instead of fighting in the spiritual war. There are also complaints of back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, muscle aches, muscle cramps, joint pain, knee pain, hip pain, vision issues, allergies, confusion, lack of motivation, forgetfulness, nausea, digestive issues, dizziness, anxiety, panic attacks, heart palpitations, difficulty sleeping, and exhaustion. Children and animals are quiet but playful.
We are still phasing in and out of 4D which is causing us to lose track of time and days.
It is essential that we keep our protection strong at all times.
Relief from energy symptoms:
Be kind to yourself. Listen to your body and rest as needed. Remember to breathe deeply to bring yourself back to Now. As usual, drink lots of water to release the toxins that have been, and will be stirred up. A Sea or Himalayan Salt bath, shower or foot soak will also help to release the toxins.
