Many planets are joining to make July a very emotional month. In my own family, there were 
two breakups where I have been left to deal with the broken hearts.
The shadow of Mercury retrograde began several weeks ago, and that is when these breakups occurred. As usual when Mercury is retrograde, one of the breakups did not last long. Thankfully, things that happen in Mercury retrograde usually don’t last – whether it is a breakup or a new relationship.
July began with a Solar Eclipse, and next week there will be a Lunar Eclipse. Eclipses are very powerful times with the energy lasting for about six months. It is stirring up a lot of issues and beliefs that we need to heal.
We have a certain picture of how we want our lives to be, how we think things will happen. We thought things were moving in a certain direction, but it didn’t. We are learning the hard way that we do not have control over how our life plays out.
Over the last couple of years, we have released a lot of energy, issues, and beliefs which has exhausted us physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Our ego has taken a beating as we have been forced to learn to live more in our hearts. Now, in this Mercury retrograde, we are licking our wounds and taking time to heal.
This is the time to let go of how we think our lives should be, let go of the things our ego desires and learn to flow with what is. Loving our lives and the people in them just as they are will bring us to a place of peace. Of course, this is easier said than done.
Mercury is asking us to slow down and reflect on things while Mars is pushing us to move forward. This can cause us to be impatient and conflicted, not knowing what it is that we want. Take the time you need to know what it is that you really want so that after Mercury goes back into forward motion you can begin to move ahead.
When we do move ahead, doing so with Unconditional Love will make our path smoother. Unconditional love means letting go of judgments, which is not easy to do. We must let go of the judgments we have of ourselves as well as others.
Right now, the dark beings that control the world are doing everything they can to keep us divided, fighting, and judging each other. We can only win against this evil by letting go of our judgments, releasing our expectations, and loving each other unconditionally. We can and must do this one person at a time. What can you do to be more loving today?
There is a lot of water energy in July, especially since it is in the water sign of Cancer. This means more rain, storms, and flooding.
As I write this, there is a tropical storm in the Gulf of Mexico which is expected to make landfall over New Orleans. There is already flooding happening there. There is a good possibility that levees could break because of the water energies.
A major loss of property has already happened in the Central states, and this will continue as the snow melts and moves down the rivers and due to this tropical storm. Hurricane season is expected to be very intense this year, with even more property damage.
There have been many reports of huge hail and major flooding causing damage worldwide. A large waterfall in Brazil, which is on the equator, froze recently. All of this is a result of all the water signs right now.
The eclipses will cause an increase in Earthquakes. The large one in California happened very near the eclipse. I am not convinced that one was not man-made though.
This month will be a period of extremes. Change will happen quickly and unexpectedly to wake us up and shake us up. This will cause extreme transformation on all levels.
It is not going to be an easy month, but it will be worth all the chaos in the end.
