The Sun Spot turning into sight is very active, firing off an X Class Flare last night and M Class this morning. Though it is not Earth-directed, it still affects us. Solar Winds remain high and chaotic.
Anxiety levels are very high today. The high Solar Winds continue to cause loud ear noise, headaches, vision issues, dizziness, confusion, increased aches and pains, heart palpitations, digestive issues, irritability, burning skin, itchy skin, sweating, hot flashes, difficulty sleeping, active dreams and exhaustion. Drink lots of fluids to flush the toxins.
