The large Sun Spot turning into sight has been very active. It has fired off a small X Class Flare and several M Class Flares. So far, they are not directed at Earth, but we Sensitives feel them anyway. There is a large Coronal Hole facing Earth. There was a 5.8 Earthquake in Vanuatu.

A hearing is going on in the defamation trial between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. It began last week and is getting a lot of coverage from the media. I wonder why?
The media continues to fear-monger about Putin starting a nuclear war.
There is a lot of talk in the Truther community about Fauci being arrested. I noticed about 6 months ago that there was a double pretending to be him. I think that is when he was arrested.
More of the illegal activities on Hunter Biden’s laptop is leading back to Joe Biden himself. It is expected that Hunter will be publicly arrested, I think he was actually arrested long ago and has been telling all he knows. Biden will be forced to step down when this happens.
I was disappointed in Phil’s life Friday night. He did not have any intel about what was in the water but did have a good inexpensive water filter that people can use to filter out whatever is in the water. A lot of people have been upset about that even though he is giving a portion of the profits to veterans.
People were also saying that Stew Peters was part of the Illuminati because of pictures of him covering one eye. When he was young, he was a rapper and had no idea what he was doing. It was just something fun that everyone else did. He has since become a devout christian. We have to stop attacking the people bringing us important information.
Once again, today is a very slow news day. It is getting more difficult to find any news.

Healing the Earth and Opening Humanity’s Hearts
Imagine that the Earth is small enough to fit between your hands, and spend time each day sending Love to it and all who reside on her.
Symptoms:
These energies are tough and I would love to hide in a cave for the next couple of weeks until the Sun Spot moves to the back side of the sun. Actually, imagining ourselves in a cave would be a way of protecting us from them. The energies are still causing loud ear noise, headaches, vision issues, digestive issues, diet changes, anxiety, irritability, burning skin, itchy skin, hot flashes, sweating, and exhaustion. Sleep has been very difficult and dreams very active. It has been all I can do to stay awake long enough to write this Report. There are also complaints of back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, muscle aches, muscle cramps, joint pain, knee pain, hip pain, vision issues, allergies, confusion, lack of motivation, forgetfulness, nausea, digestive issues, dizziness, anxiety, panic attacks, heart palpitations, difficulty sleeping, and exhaustion. Children and animals are having similar symptoms.
We are still phasing in and out of 4D which is causing us to lose track of time and days.
It is essential that we keep our protection strong at all times.
Relief from energy symptoms:
Be kind to yourself. Listen to your body and rest as needed. Remember to breathe deeply to bring yourself back to Now. As usual, drink lots of water to release the toxins that have been, and will be stirred up. A Sea or Himalayan Salt bath, shower or foot soak will also help to release the toxins.
