What Are You Creating?

The most important thing we can learn is that we create our reality.

This can be a difficult concept to understand, especially when things are going really wrong in our lives. It is not easy toWoman creating her reality by blowing ships from her mouth. accept that we created our relationship falling apart, a disease or bankruptcy.

Accepting personal responsibility is not an easy thing to do.

It is much easier to blame an invisible ‘god’, fate or bad luck. When we can put the blame elsewhere, it takes the pressure off of us to change things.

When something that we perceive as negative happens, we become a victim of the circumstances. We feel helpless, hopeless and powerless to change anything. We cry, we complain and we look for someone to make it better.

I have lived my life from a perspective of self-responsibility, knowing that I was responsible for everything in it. But, even I allowed myself to take the role of victim with a recent experience I had. I did not want to see that I had created it, I did not want to take responsibility. Instead, I chose to play the role of victim. When I finally chose to accept that I had created the experience, I was able to see the thoughts that had initiated it.

If you are in an unhappy relationship, you focus on the unhappy parts of the relationship, thus creating more to be unhappy about. If you could change your focus to the positive aspects of the relationship, you would begin to notice more that is positive.

When you are focused on not having enough money to pay your bills, you will create having less money. If you are focused on business being slow, you will create less business.

Many have healed their body by focusing Love energy into their disease. I spent a year unable to walk, but focus on healing my body, and can walk again.

Pay attention to where your thoughts are.

Are you using them to create your experience as you want it to be? Or are you setting yourself up for an unwanted experience?

Focus on what you want to happen, not on what you don’t want.

What Are You Creating in your life?
