The active departing Sun Spot released several M Class Flares today, one that was long duration. Thankfully, it is not aimed at Earth but still affects us Sensitives. Solar Winds are high but calm. There have been no Earthquakes over 5.5.
The energy is causing an increase in joint pain. This includes the spine. I have been having neck pain and headaches. Others I know are complaining about knee pain. As usual, we are exhausted. I wonder if we will ever feel energetic again. Heat is helping the pain. Drink plenty of fluids to flush out toxins.
