There was a long duration X Class Flare this morning. It was again from the departing Sun Spot and not aimed at Earth, but it still affects us. Solar Winds are high normal and dropping. There was a 6.1 Earthquake in New Zealand and 5.7 Hawaii.
The energies continue to cause headaches, neck pain, shoulder pain, joint pain, muscle aches and cramps, nausea, and exhaustion.
