The Sun is quiet at the moment. The large Coronal Holes have turned away. There was a very large Coronal Mass Ejection on the back side of the Sun. Thankfully, it waited until it was out of range to erupt. Had it erupted at Earth, it could have been devastating. Whether it was our Angels or the White Hats that protected us, I am very grateful. There was an M1 Solar Flare. Solar Winds continue to be high. There was a 6.0 and 5.7 Earthquake in the South Sandwich Islands region.

We are being affected today by Pulsed Electromagnetic Energy, Long-Range Acoustic Device, Satellite Terrorism, Blocks to Spirit/Source/God, and Universal Energy.

Imagine that the Earth is small enough to fit between your hands, and spend time each day sending Love to it and all who reside on her.
Symptoms:
We are still being attacked, so continue to keep your protection up. I am still seeing a lot of reports on Facebook about people and pets dying. The high Solar Winds have been causing loud ear noise, headaches, heart palpitations, increased pain, anxiety, irritability, digestive issues, difficulty sleeping, vivid dreams, and exhaustion. My legs and feet have been burning because of the energy so I have been doing a lot of grounding and sending the excess energy to Mother Earth for her to transmute. There are complaints of back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, muscle aches, muscle cramps, joint pain, knee pain, hip pain, vision issues, allergies, confusion, lack of motivation, forgetfulness, nausea, digestive issues, dizziness, anxiety, panic attacks, heart palpitations, difficulty sleeping, and exhaustion. Children and animals are needy.
We are still phasing in and out of 4D which is causing us to lose track of time and days.
It is essential that we keep our protection strong at all times.
Relief from energy symptoms:
Be kind to yourself. Listen to your body and rest as needed. Remember to breathe deeply to bring yourself back to Now. As usual, drink lots of water to release the toxins that have been, and will be stirred up. A Sea or Himalayan Salt bath, shower or foot soak will also help to release the toxins. Raw foods are easier to digest. Magnesium and Potassium will help with muscle cramps. We need to increase our Vitamin D3, C and B vitamins. Milk Thistle will help with detoxing the liver. It is also essential that we keep our energy field cleansed and protection around us at all times to lessen our symptoms.
