I’m doing a quick update before I run out the door.
Solar Winds are still pretty high but the Geomagnetic Instability has stopped. There was an M1 Flare yesterday. There was also a massive Coronal Mass Ejection on the backside of the Sun. Had it been facing us, it would have been disastrous. Whoever stopped it while it was facing us I much appreciate it! There was a 6.0 and 5.7 Earthquake in the Sandwich Islands region.
These energies are rough! My legs and feet have been burning from them and I got very little sleep again. The Solar Winds are causing loud ear noise, headaches, heart palpitations, anxiety, irritability, digestive issues, difficulty sleeping, vivid dreams, and exhaustion.
If I get back in time, I will try to do a full report later.

Thanks for the quick update. We were def protected from that CME! Hope we get substantial relief from the intense energy symptoms soon, even if only briefly.
