Sleep has been very difficult lately. Many of us have been awake most of the night for the last couple of weeks. This makes us tired and fuzzy-headed. It is difficult to think or focus.

For the past week or so I’ve been waking up in the middle of the night and I can’t seem to fall back to sleep. 🥴 It’s been driving me nuts, but I also think it’s blood sugar related (for me at least). Nice to know I’m not alone in the lack of sleep department 😅
