Solar Winds are very low but thankfully not letting Cosmic Rays enter yet. The Sun is a bit more active with numerous C Class Flares and a small M Class. There was a 5.5 Earthquake in Guam, 5.8 American Samoa, and 7.0 Vanuatu.

Current Events:
Mike Lindell was returning from a hunting trip yesterday when he was blocked in by the FBI in a Hardy drive-thru. He dared him to arrest him so he could tell everything, but they only had a warrant for his phone. He finally gave it up even though it is how he does his business and has it set to his hearing aids. They asked him not to make the warrant public. As he was telling about the incident, he put the warrant on the screen. I do love Mike’s moxie! The FBI is attacking Trump supporters across the country. This is to wake up more people by making the FBI look political.
Biden had a party at the White House yesterday to celebrate his anti-inflation bill as the stock market was crashing and it was being announced that inflation has gone even higher. Another part of the show.
Trump was in DC yesterday to talk to leaders in the stock market as it crashed. It is coming and our new financial system will be put in place soon.
The FED raised interest rates again which will help along the financial crash.
Texas continues to send illegal immigrants to Dem cities like Chicago. They were then sent to a suburb instead of the city. Mayors of those cities are throwing fits because they have no health checks. lol! It is sad that Texas and Arizona have had to get attention to the problem this way.
Putin and Xi will meet tomorrow to discuss joining together to ‘promote the development of the international order in a more just and reasonable direction’. I wonder if Trump will be there?

Imagine that the Earth is small enough to fit between your hands, and spend time each day sending Love to it and all who reside on her.
Symptoms:
The energy attacks are not letting up so continue to keep your protection up. I still see many reports on Facebook about people and pets dying. Pain levels are much less today. The Universal Energies are still causing mild symptoms like headaches, loud ear noise, heart palpitations, difficulty sleeping, vivid dreams, and exhaustion. There are complaints of back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, muscle aches, muscle cramps, joint pain, knee pain, hip pain, vision issues, allergies, confusion, lack of motivation, forgetfulness, nausea, digestive issues, dizziness, anxiety, panic attacks, heart palpitations, difficulty sleeping, and exhaustion. Children and animals are needy.
We are still phasing in and out of 4D which is causing us to lose track of time and days.
It is essential that we keep our protection strong at all times.
Relief from energy symptoms:
Be kind to yourself. Listen to your body and rest as needed. Remember to breathe deeply to bring yourself back to Now. As usual, drink lots of water to release the toxins that have been, and will be stirred up. A Sea or Himalayan Salt bath, shower or foot soak will also help to release the toxins. Raw foods are easier to digest. Magnesium and Potassium will help with muscle cramps. We need to increase our Vitamin D3, C and B vitamins. Milk Thistle will help with detoxing the liver.
