I don’t know if we need to thank our Angels or the good guys, but the Sun Spot that was firing off all the big flares put out a massive one after it turned to the back of the Sun. The Sun is very quiet now with just small C Class Flares. Solar Winds are still elevated but slowing. A large Coronal Hole Stream will arrive in a few days. There was a 5.5 Earthquake in Greece.

We are being affected today by Energetic/Spiritual War, Blocks to Spirit/Source/God, Long-Range Acoustic Device, Frequency Radiation, Astrological Alignments, Pain Ray, and Pulsed Electromagnetic Energy.

Current Events:
The FBI released a photo today of some of the classified documents they found at Mar-A-Lago. In the box beside the documents was a framed Time cover of them spying on him through the window. This is definitely a White Hat action.
Phil told us in his live last night that a General has been arrested for conspiring against Trump. Someone asked him if it was Maria Barrett. He was shocked that they knew. He told us long ago that Real Raw News has an informant in the Pentagon and that things they post from there are definitely true. She was caught putting something on Trump’s computer that would have sent out emails to everyone on any of Trump’s mailing lists telling patriots to start rioting.
As things continue to come out about Trump, trust that it is all a show to awaken the normies. The majority of the people in the US are upset about the raid so him being arrested will only awaken more of them and open the door for Obama to be arrested.

We are still being attacked, so continue to keep your protection up. I am still seeing a lot of reports on Facebook about people and pets dying. We are still having symptoms from the high Solar Winds – loud ear noise, headaches, heart palpitations, anxiety, irritability, difficulty sleeping, vivid dreams, and exhaustion. There are complaints of back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, muscle aches, muscle cramps, joint pain, knee pain, hip pain, vision issues, allergies, confusion, lack of motivation, forgetfulness, nausea, digestive issues, dizziness, anxiety, panic attacks, heart palpitations, difficulty sleeping, and exhaustion. Children and animals are needy.
We are still phasing in and out of 4D which is causing us to lose track of time and days.
It is essential that we keep our protection strong at all times.
Relief from energy symptoms:
Be kind to yourself. Listen to your body and rest as needed. Remember to breathe deeply to bring yourself back to Now. As usual, drink lots of water to release the toxins that have been, and will be stirred up. A Sea or Himalayan Salt bath, shower or foot soak will also help to release the toxins. Raw foods are easier to digest. Magnesium and Potassium will help with muscle cramps. We need to increase our Vitamin D3, C and B vitamins. Milk Thistle will help with detoxing the liver.
