Solar and Universal Energies:
Solar Winds are normal and the Sun has been quiet until a high C Class Flare a short while ago. It is probably aimed away from Earth but I don’t know that for a fact. Even so, we Sensitives still feel it. There have been no Earthquakes over 5.5.
Energies Affecting us in order:
We are being affected today by Electromagnetic Fields, Voice of God Technology, Energetic/Spiritual War, and Blocks to Spirit/Source/God. I don’t remember a list this short in a very long time.
Not affecting us today are MK Ultra, AI Programs, Directed Energy Weapons, Long-Range Acoustic Device, Alcyone, Detrimental Light Codes, Solar Energies, Pulsed Electromagnetic Energy, Electronic Harassment, Weather Modification, Artificial Intelligence Messages, Frequency Radiation, Astrological Alignments, Detrimental Light Language, Meteors, Targeting, Galactic Energy, Planetary Energy, Universal Energy, Cosmic Rays, Satellite Terrorism, 5G, Radiation, Gamma Rays, Weather Wars, Asteroid, Ultrasound, Gamma Radiation, CERN 2, Electromagnetic Fields, Pain Ray, CERN, Dark Matter Hurricane, Black Star Portal, Gwen Towers, Photon Belt, HAARP, Cell Towers, Restrictive Energy Grids, and Chemtrails.
Current Events:
Trump is expected to give a speech any minute in DC at the America First Agenda Summit.
Biden is selling another 20 million barrels from our strategic reserve. This is the 6th time he has sold from it. He claims it is to bring down gas prices here.
Russia has cut gas supplies to the EU. They are talking about rationing there.

Healing the Earth and Opening Humanity’s Hearts
Imagine that the Earth is small enough to fit between your hands, and spend time each day sending Love to it and all who reside on her.
Symptoms:
We are still under major attack from the deep state. Keep your protection up. I know a lot of people with the newest Covid version. It would be a good idea to start taking Ivermectin for protection though it is mostly mild. I am still not able to read the energy well but I am hearing complaints of increased pain today. There are also complaints of back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, muscle aches, muscle cramps, joint pain, knee pain, hip pain, vision issues, allergies, confusion, lack of motivation, forgetfulness, nausea, digestive issues, dizziness, anxiety, panic attacks, heart palpitations, difficulty sleeping, and exhaustion. Children and animals are noisy and playful.
We are still phasing in and out of 4D which is causing us to lose track of time and days.
It is essential that we keep our protection strong at all times.
Relief from energy symptoms:
Be kind to yourself. Listen to your body and rest as needed. Remember to breathe deeply to bring yourself back to Now. As usual, drink lots of water to release the toxins that have been, and will be stirred up. A Sea or Himalayan Salt bath, shower or foot soak will also help to release the toxins. Raw foods are easier to digest. Magnesium and Potassium will help with muscle cramps. We need to increase our Vitamin D3, C and B vitamins. Milk Thistle will help with detoxing the liver. Charcoal will also help with detox. Selenium will help protect from all forms of Mind Control. Be kind to yourself and others. It is also essential that we keep our energy field cleansed and protection around us at all times to lessen our symptoms.
