Filament Erupted yesterday, causing a minor Coronal Mass Ejection and Solar Tsunami. The CME that we were expecting yesterday arrived last night, barely raising the Wind Speed, and causing Geomagnetic Instability until a short while ago. The Sun is very bright with lots of Sun Spots and Filaments dancing so there may be more eruptions. There were no Earthquakes over 5.5.

The videos of the event show US Marshals very close to him. There may be other arrests at the same time. Of course, that was not actually Obama but a double. His face is much rounder than the original Obama. Has the real Obama already been executed?

Symptoms:
The Galactic Energy and attacks we are under today must be causing many of the symptoms we are having. Ear noise has been very loud for days, even though Solar Winds have been quiet. Aches and pains have increased. Sleep has been very difficult and dreams very active. There are also complaints of back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, muscle aches, muscle cramps, joint pain, knee pain, hip pain, vision issues, allergies, confusion, lack of motivation, forgetfulness, nausea, digestive issues, dizziness, anxiety, panic attacks, heart palpitations, difficulty sleeping, and exhaustion. Children and animals are quiet and lazy.
We are still phasing in and out of 4D which is causing us to lose track of time and days.
It is essential that we keep our protection strong at all times.
Relief from energy symptoms:
Be kind to yourself. Listen to your body and rest as needed. Remember to breathe deeply to bring yourself back to Now. As usual, drink lots of water to release the toxins that have been, and will be stirred up. A Sea or Himalayan Salt bath, shower or foot soak will also help to release the toxins.
