Solar and Universal Energies:
Solar Winds are still very low but thankfully not letting Cosmic Rays enter yet. There was another Filament Eruption yesterday. The Coronal Mass Ejection was not aimed at Earth. There have been 2 almost X Class Flares today, one just ended as I am writing this. They are from a departing Sun Spot so the Coronal Mass Ejection is not aimed at Earth. We Sensitives still feel it. I woke up with heart palpitations when the first one occurred. I always check to see what is causing it. There have been no Earthquakes over 5.5. There are 6 planets currently in retrograde.
Energies Affecting us in order:
We are being affected today by Planetary Energy, Blocks to Spirit/Source/God, Detrimental Light Codes, Energetic/Spiritual War, Frequency Radiation, and Photon Belt.

Current Events:
A Special Master was appointed to go through the files taken from Mar-A-Lago. The FBI is furious about it. They know they are in the wrong.
Martha’s Vinyard claimed ‘a humanitarian crisis’ over the 50 illegals sent there and they were moved to a military base. So much for their sanctuary city boast. The Biden administration is planning to file charges against DeSantis and Abbott for sending illegals to Dem cities.

Imagine that the Earth is small enough to fit between your hands, and spend time each day sending Love to it and all who reside on her.
Symptoms:
The energy attacks are not letting up so continue to keep your protection up. I still see many reports on Facebook about people and pets dying. Pain levels are slightly increased today with some people reporting muscle cramps. There are complaints of back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, muscle aches, muscle cramps, joint pain, knee pain, hip pain, vision issues, allergies, confusion, lack of motivation, forgetfulness, nausea, digestive issues, dizziness, anxiety, panic attacks, heart palpitations, difficulty sleeping, and exhaustion. Children and animals are needy.
We are still phasing in and out of 4D which is causing us to lose track of time and days.
It is essential that we keep our protection strong at all times.
Relief from energy symptoms:
Be kind to yourself. Listen to your body and rest as needed. Remember to breathe deeply to bring yourself back to Now. As usual, drink lots of water to release the toxins that have been, and will be stirred up. A Sea or Himalayan Salt bath, shower or foot soak will also help to release the toxins. Raw foods are easier to digest. Magnesium and Potassium will help with muscle cramps. We need to increase our Vitamin D3, C and B vitamins. Milk Thistle will help with detoxing the liver. Charcoal will also help with detox. Selenium will help protect from all forms of Mind Control. Be kind to yourself and others. It is also essential that we keep our energy field cleansed and protection around us at all times to lessen our symptoms.
