Much is happening in your world though you cannot see most of it. You have to Trust that good things are happening and that you will soon see the New World that you have dreamed of. Things may get rough for a while, but you must continue to Trust. Don’t give up just as your dream is about to come true.

Solar and Universal Energies:   

There was a Filament Eruption and Coronal Mass Ejection that was not Earth-directed. Solar Winds are low. The CME from yesterday’s eruptions is expected to arrive tonight or tomorrow. There was a 5.5 Earthquake in the Ascension Islands and 5.9 in Japan

 

Energies Affecting us in order:

We are being affected today by Frequency Radiation, Collective Consciousness, Directed Energy Weapons, Unknown Energies, Astrological Alignments, and Blocks to Spirit/Source/God.

Current Events:

The New York Times has admitted that the laptop did belong to Hunter Biden. They also reported on some emails that we knew about before the election. I wonder why? Are White Hats in control of the Times? Hunter is also being investigated for his finances and I hear he will be publically arrested soon. I think he was arrested long ago which is how they got the laptop to begin with. He has been telling everything he knows. Maybe that is how Biden will be removed from office soon as Phil told us. 

Biden and Xi spoke today and each released a different version of the call. The White House said he was tough on Xi about what will happen if he supports Putin or invades Taiwan. Xi said everyone needs to support Russia and Ukraine and help them come to a peaceful agreement. He said the US does not support ‘Taiwan Independence” and has no intention of seeking conflict with China. I have heard that he will ‘invade’ Taiwan soon to free them. 

I am sick of seeing conservative media repeating the lies about what is happening in Ukraine. I guess this is to teach us that we can’t trust anyone to tell the Truth. Hard lesson to learn!

Imagine that the Earth is small enough to fit between your hands, and spend time each day sending Love to it and all who reside on her. 

 

 

Symptoms:

My ear noise got almost unbearable for a while last night. I guess more of the energetic attacks we are under. The energy is a bit lighter today. There is still some dizziness, anxiety, increased aches and pains, and of course, exhaustion. There are also complaints of back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, muscle aches, muscle cramps, joint pain, knee pain, hip pain, vision issues, allergies, confusion, lack of motivation, forgetfulness, nausea, digestive issues, dizziness, anxiety, panic attacks, heart palpitations, difficulty sleeping, and exhaustion. Children and animals are quiet and lazy. 

We are still phasing in and out of 4D which is causing us to lose track of time and days. 

It is essential that we keep our protection strong at all times. 

 

Relief from energy symptoms:

Be kind to yourself. Listen to your body and rest as needed. Remember to breathe deeply to bring yourself back to Now. As usual, drink lots of water to release the toxins that have been, and will be stirred up. A Sea or Himalayan Salt bath, shower or foot soak will also help to release the toxins. Raw foods are easier to digest. Magnesium and Potassium will help with muscle cramps. We need to increase our Vitamin D3, C and B vitamins. Milk Thistle will help with detoxing the liver.
