The Sun is becoming very active again. There were several M Class Flares today. Most were of short duration and did not produce an ejection. The last one is an extremely long duration and possibly more than one. It began hours ago and still has not returned to baseline. Though it is not aimed straight at Earth, we Sensitives still feel it. Solar Winds have returned to normal. There have been no Earthquakes over 5.5.
Energies Affecting us in order:
We are being affected today by Planetary Energy, Astrological Alignments, Blocks to Spirit/Source/God, Detrimental Light Codes, and Pulsed Electromagnetic Energy.
Not affecting us today are Voice of God Technology, Frequency Radiation, Detrimental Light Language, Electromagnetic Fields, Directed Energy Weapons, Long-Range Acoustic Device, Energetic/Spiritual War, AI Programs, Pain Ray, MK Ultra, Alcyone, Solar Energies, Electronic Harassment, Weather Modification, Artificial Intelligence Messages, Meteors, Targeting, Galactic Energy, Universal Energy, Cosmic Rays, Satellite Terrorism, 5G, Radiation, Gamma Rays, Weather Wars, Asteroid, Ultrasound, Gamma Radiation, CERN 2, Electromagnetic Fields, CERN, Dark Matter Hurricane, Black Star Portal, Gwen Towers, Photon Belt, HAARP, Cell Towers, Restrictive Energy Grids, and Chemtrails.
Current Events:
The affidavit for the raid on Mar-A-Lago was released today and as expected was heavily redacted. More than half of it was blacked out. Nothing was mentioned about nuclear as they have claimed.
Facebooks Zuckerberg admitted in an interview that he was instructed by the FBI to censor any mention of Hunter’s laptop before the elections. More election tampering by him. He also paid for a large part of the machines that were used to steal the election.
It has been learned that the recent elections in Florida were filled with fraud.
News is almost nonexistent lately.

Imagine that the Earth is small enough to fit between your hands, and spend time each day sending Love to it and all who reside on her.
Symptoms:
Thankfully, the attacks against us have lessened. Continue to keep your protection up. I am still seeing a lot of reports on Facebook about people and pets dying. I have loud ear noise today even though the Solar Winds are normal. Maybe the Planetary Energies? Pain levels are high. There are complaints of back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, muscle aches, muscle cramps, joint pain, knee pain, hip pain, vision issues, allergies, confusion, lack of motivation, forgetfulness, nausea, digestive issues, dizziness, anxiety, panic attacks, heart palpitations, difficulty sleeping, and exhaustion. Children and animals are quiet and lazy.
We are still phasing in and out of 4D which is causing us to lose track of time and days.
It is essential that we keep our protection strong at all times.
Relief from energy symptoms:
Be kind to yourself. Listen to your body and rest as needed. Remember to breathe deeply to bring yourself back to Now. As usual, drink lots of water to release the toxins that have been, and will be stirred up. A Sea or Himalayan Salt bath, shower or foot soak will also help to release the toxins. Raw foods are easier to digest. Magnesium and Potassium will help with muscle cramps. We need to increase our Vitamin D3, C and B vitamins. Milk Thistle will help with detoxing the liver. Charcoal will also help with detox. Selenium will help protect from all forms of Mind Control. Be kind to yourself and others. It is also essential that we keep our energy field cleansed and protection around us at all times to lessen our symptoms.
