Solar Winds are still high and chaotic. This is causing a spike in the Schumann Resonance. There have been several small C Class Flares with no Coronal Mass Ejections. There have been no Earthquakes over 5.5.

We are being affected today by Detrimental Light Codes, Astrological Alignments, Frequency Radiation, Electromagnetic Fields, and Detrimental Light Language.

Current Events:
They are claiming that the FBI was looking for secure nuclear information in their raid on Mar-A-Lago. I wonder if they were searching for the soccer ball that Putin gave Trump? Trump has requested that all papers seized in the raid be released to the public. Q asked one time ‘How do you get something released into evidence?’ I guess this is how. Trump declassified these documents before he left office but Barr did not release them. Now, they will be released.
There is a rumor going around that Trump will be arrested and killed. This is not true. He might be arrested but his life will not be in danger. Do not believe everything you hear.
Polio will be the next plandemic. They are already seeing cases in Europe. It has been found in the wastewater in New York City.

Symptoms:
We are still under major attack from the deep state. Keep your protection up. I am still seeing a lot of reports on Facebook about people and pets dying. A lot of people are being diagnosed with Shingles, too. The high Solar Winds are causing loud ear noise, headaches, vision issues, heart palpitations, increased pain, burning skin, itchy skin, hot flashes, sweating, difficulty sleeping, and exhaustion. There are complaints of back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, muscle aches, muscle cramps, joint pain, knee pain, hip pain, vision issues, allergies, confusion, lack of motivation, forgetfulness, nausea, digestive issues, dizziness, anxiety, panic attacks, heart palpitations, difficulty sleeping, and exhaustion. Children and animals are anxious and playful.
We are still phasing in and out of 4D which is causing us to lose track of time and days.
It is essential that we keep our protection strong at all times.
Relief from energy symptoms:
Be kind to yourself. Listen to your body and rest as needed. Remember to breathe deeply to bring yourself back to Now. As usual, drink lots of water to release the toxins that have been, and will be stirred up. A Sea or Himalayan Salt bath, shower or foot soak will also help to release the toxins. Raw foods are easier to digest. Magnesium and Potassium will help with muscle cramps. We need to increase our Vitamin D3, C and B vitamins. Milk Thistle will help with detoxing the liver.
