Solar Winds are normal at the moment. The Sun has been busy with Filament Eruptions and an
almost X Class Flare yesterday aimed directly at Earth. Solar Winds from these events are expected tomorrow and Friday and will probably cause Geomagnetic Storms. There was a 5.8 Earthquake in Vanuatu.
We are being affected today by Directed Energy Weapons and Solar Energies.
I have a massive headache today, probably from the high M Class Flare. Everyone I know is complaining about hurting today. The energy is hitting many in the Solar Plexus causing digestive issues, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. Be sure to drink plenty of liquids to release the toxins that are being stirred up.

I’m sorry I have not been posting. Things have been crazy here. My sister keeps falling and refuses to use a walker. Then she wants to stay up all night wandering the house. She is taking up too much of my time. I am going to have to start posting whenever I get a chance, even if it is at night.

The nurse said yesterday that she is going to refer her to an agency that provides those services. I hope she qualifies. I’m paying a friend to bathe her a few times a week for me. Bathing and dressing her really hurts my back.

Take care of yourself, don’t overload yourself. I had burnout so bad after mum and dad’s passing I didn’t think I’d ever recover.

I had 21 years of burnout taking care of my daughter Samantha, so I know what you mean. It is not fun at all. I still can’t sleep well because I was so used to sleeping lightly so I could hear her if she got in trouble. Now, I’m having to watch a monitor in case my sister falls like she did last night. I am hoping she will get approved for a program that provides an attendant. I’m sure it will eventually reach a point where I am not able to care for her.
