The Sun is quiet and Solar Winds have returned to normal. Mother Earth was extremely active
yesterday, beginning with a 5.9 Earthquake in Japan, 6.2 Northern Mariana Islands, 7.4, 6.4, 5.7, 5.5, and several more 5.7 in Taiwan.
We are being affected today by Harmonic Resonance Manipulation, Galactic Energy, and Universal Energy. Looks like the energy is increasing leading up to the Eclipse.
These high energies are causing us to feel overwhelmed and hung over. We are anxious, stressed, depressed, and exhausted. We are sore, achy, and in pain. Muscles are cramping and spasaming.
It is essential that we get plenty of fluids to flush out the toxins and release the excess energy that has built up. Grounding will help also. Eating high protein will also help. Carrying hematite will also help with grounding.
There’s so much happening that it is difficult to keep up.
