There were a couple of M Class and an X Class Flare last night. They were not from the active region that is turning to face us, but from one that is going to the back side of the Sun. Though the Coronal Mass Ejections were not aimed at Earth, we still feel them. Hopefully, the large Spot facing us will stay quiet as it moves past. Solar Winds have returned to normal. There was a 5.9 Earthquake on the Loyalty Islands, 5.5 Scotia Sea, and 5.7 Chile.
The flares made sleeping last night difficult with very active dreams. Anxiety is high again, which is not making it any easier for me to set up a new computer. Ugh. Though Winds are back to normal, ear noise is still elevated. Aches and pains are increased. There are also complaints of vision issues, heart palpitations, irritability, dizziness, difficulty focusing, and exhaustion.

Uuugh!!!! This solar activity!!! It is impossible to sleep soundly and it’s creating a havoc in my digestive system!!! Not to mention the weather has gone crazy! It’s springtime here and it feels so cooold. Thanks for the great info!

It has been rough! Thankfully, it isn’t aimed directly at us. That would be much worse. Be sure to drink lots of fluids to flush the toxins being stirred up.
We are having a very nice spring here in Northeast Texas for a change. I dread summer, which is usually here by now.
