The Sun released several C Class Flares and an M Class with a Coronal Mass Ejection. Though it is not Earth-directed, we still feel it. There have been no Earthquakes over 5.5.
The MRI went well with no panic attack. It was more open than the one I have used before which helped a lot. I also took a tranquilizer. It sounds like I have several tears so I guess it will mean surgery.
My son is here so I’m keeping this very short.

I am glad you made it thru. My Husband has had both his shoulders done from Rotator cuff and Biceps being torn. Scoping or opening them, either way it will heal and you will be good as new. Doesn’t really take too long. Healing light and hugs.
