Hello, powerful Earth Angels!
There have been over a dozen M Class Flares since yesterday. Thankfully, they are not aimed at Earth but we still feel them. Solar Winds are normal. There was a 5.9 Earthquake in Taiwan and 5.7 in Central America.
I am hearing a lot of complaints about increased pain levels. The energy is heavy and dense. We don’t want to move.
I am still sick. Hoping this stomach virus will go away soon.

Sip on warm cider vinegar water. I swear by this! 1 tbsp of CV to a mug of warm water and sip it down. This is also good for food poisoning!

I have heard it will help with that. I think this was a virus. I’m finally better today.
