Pain levels are up today. There are complaints of muscle cramps, headaches, heart palpitations, digestive issues, anxiety, difficulty sleeping, and exhaustion. The high Solar Winds are causing loud ear noise, hot flashes, sweating, burning skin, and itchy skin.
