If these energies are the Universe’s idea of an April Fool’s joke it isn’t funny. We were in Geomagnetic Instability most of the night and morning. Solar Winds remain elevated. The Sun has been fairly quiet with mid C Class Flaring. There was a 6.3 and 5.5 Earthquake in the Loyalty Islands.
I definitely have Ascension Flu, as many of us will. I have felt horrible for days and last night I felt like I was feverish, cold one minute and hot the next, and vibrating very high. Ear noise has been loud, with headaches, vision issues, heart palpitations, burning skin, itchy skin, sweating, hot flashes, digestive issues, increased pain, menstrual type cramping, anxiety, irritability, dizziness, inability to focus, no motivation, difficulty sleeping, and exhaustion. Our kids and pets are feeling the same way. Luna, my wolf/husky, has hardly been out from under my bed.
Drink lots of water to flush out the toxins being stirred up by these energies. A cool bath or shower, or imagining that you are standing under a waterfall will help cool things down. Eat light and be kind to each other.
There is not much news today, but everyone seems to be holding their breath waiting for something big.
