I have been running errands and just got home. I want to let you know that we are in the middle of a
Geomagnetic Storm. Solar Winds were high earlier from the Filament Eruptions a couple of days ago. They have dropped to high normal, so the storm is ending. There was a 5.6 Earthquake in the Philippines, 5.6 Afghanistan, and 6.6 and 5.6 Southeast Indian Ridge.
We are being affected today by Energetic/Spiritual War, Frequency Radiation, and Restrictive Energy Grids.
The Solar Winds are causing headaches, loud ear noise, increased aches and pains, heart palpitations, anxiety, irritability, muscle cramps, and exhaustion. Be sure to drink lots of fluids.

Energy drinks are very dangerous. They have been known to cause heart attacks. You just have to find something you like and make yourself stop drinking them. I like red grape juice mixed with water. I do 1/3 grape juice and 2/3 water. Many of us don’t like water alone so we have to find a way to flavor it. Good luck!
