The high Solar Winds are causing headaches, vision issues, loud ear noise, heart palpitations, increased aches and pains, anxiety, irritability, digestive issues, difficulty sleeping, vivid dreams, and of course, exhaustion. My back is in incredible pain today from the energy. Be sure to drink plenty of fluids.
