I am sure you have all heard this Beatles' song. Some of the Beatles music was
very spiritually profound for the time.
I recently attempted to explain to someone the meaning of 'The Light' and
'Increasing One's Vibration'. He did not understand why it was important to be
‘In the Light’. How did he know that going to the Light wouldn’t make him food
for a higher species? He had seen a Star Trek episode once where one of the
characters avoided the Light so as not to be eaten. How did he know this was not
a reality? How can any of us know?
People are drawn to different colors of Light. To some it is supposed to be
White. Others prefer Gold or Violet. Still others prefer a Crystalline Light.
Everyone has their own concept of what ’The Light’ is. To some people, The Light
is God, or a Higher Power. To some it is just Energy.
The person I was trying to explain this to does not believe in a ‘God’ and is
not sure about a Higher Power. He had no concept of what it meant and I was
stumped as to how to explain it.
Finally, one of my Guides gave me the answer. LOVE.
LOVE is a concept everyone can understand! We all know what love feels like.
LOVE is not necessarily related to ‘God’ or a Higher Power. LOVE is a concept
that anyone can grasp, Atheist, Christian, Buddhist, Agnostic, etc. LOVE is not
a religion and does not have any dogma attached to it. LOVE is understood in any
language and any belief system. LOVE is a feeling that we can all relate to.
We all experience LOVE. We feel LOVE for people and pets. We feel LOVE when we
look at the first flower of spring. We feel LOVE when we look at a gorgeous
sunset.
We can all accept that it is better to love others. When we live in the energy
of LOVE, our vibration increases. When our vibration increases, we become LIGHT
or LOVE. They are one and the same. When we send LOVE to a situation, it
improves. When we send LOVE to an area of our life that is not working, it
improves. When we send LOVE to a part of our body that is in pain, the pain
lessens.
So, instead of attempting to explain Light to people, speak about LOVE. They
will definitely be able to understand what you are talking about. Instead of
trying to bring people into The Light, bring them to LOVE. It will be much less
complicated.

FIBROMYALGIA, MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS AND DIET
Many people reading this live with the pain from Fibromyalgia or Multiple
Sclerosis. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia many years ago, and now the doctors
think I actually have MS. Because of this, I have been researching MS and
learning a great deal that is helping to relieve the pain.
I have found that diet is very important in the management of symptoms of
Fibromyalgia, MS and other dis-eases. It seems to be the treatment of choice for
those who live with MS. Though I have attempted to watch what I ate, I did not
realize how important diet is.
It is recommended to avoid wheat products, sugar, and dairy. My first step has
been to attempt to remove wheat products from my diet. I had already removed
bread, substituting flour tortillas. But, they are a wheat product, so they have
to go. No pasta, biscuits, gravy, breaded meats - it is really hard to avoid
wheat. It is in almost everything, especially in the Southern US.
After about a week of no wheat, I was feeling better. I actually was able to
avoid pain meds for several days. I cheated and ate some lasagna. Within a few
minutes, I was in pain and my muscles felt weak. I could not believe how quickly
the symptoms returned. I learned the hard way how important diet is.
Try changing your diet to remove wheat, dairy and sugar and see if you notice
that your pain is lessened. Personally, I am working on moving to a Raw Food
Diet as much as possible. Believe me, the effort is worth it when you are in
constant pain.

CLEAR QUARTZ RECORD KEEPER CRYSTAL TOTEM

reality. They facilitate the actualization of each person as a healing agent for
humanity and the environment. They allow you to incorporate higher knowledge,
wisdom, peace and love into this and other planets.
Only those with open minds and pure hearts can access the information in the
Record Keepers. I have seen the triangles appear or disappear depending on who
is holding them.
The information provided by the Record Keeper enhances one's Light, provides for
a deeper access to personal wisdom, and promotes a greater peace to be used in
this world.
If one is meant to experience a Record Keeper Crystal, the Universe will
provide. The Record Keeper which comes to you will contain the information which
will be beneficial to your personal development or will provide information
which will assist you in helping another.
