The Coronal Hole Stream and last week’s Coronal Mass Ejection arrived yesterday, causing an Interplanetary Shock Wave and Geomagnetic Storms. The energy was intense enough to knock out some of the equipment that measures the energies. Solar Winds remain very high, hitting us in the Heart and Solar Plexus Chakras and causing heart palpitations, anxiety, irritability, strong emotions and digestive issues. Many of us feel like we have been hit in the stomach, causing pain in the abdomen. Mother Earth is quiet, but Earthquakes are expected to increase once the Earth’s fields return to normal and the large Coronal Hole begins to affect it. HAARP is moderately active. CERN apparently will be operational again on Thursday, so be sure to throw energetic monkey wrenches and weasels at it.
We are feeling a bit shell-shocked from the double blast of Geomagnetic Storms. Sleep is almost impossible and excitement is high. We are experiencing headache, neck pain, back pain, joint pain, muscle aches, muscle cramps, very vivid dreams and exhaustion.
As the energies activate the Heart and Solar Plexus Chakras, it is causing pain in those areas. Imagining the Chakras expanding to hold the energies will help to ease the pain some. Remember to breathe. We tend to breathe very shallowly when we are stressed and breathing deeply will help to bring us back to Center. Drink lots of water, more than you think you need. 1/2 teaspoon of Sea or Himalayan Salt will help to integrate the energies and aid in detox. Bathing or showering with Salt will help release toxins. These energies are stirring up more toxins, so Ascension Flu will occur if the toxins are not released. Eat raw foods and take stomach enzymes to aid digestion. Be kind to yourself and others.
The next few months will not be easy as we learn to Love and accept our Shadow and our buried emotions. I can help you to traverse these energies a bit easier through a Heart and Soul Healing.
